Abstract
The current and future well-being of an organization depends mostly on the activities and management of its human resources element. All activities towards improved productivity such as profit, organization efficiency and effectiveness can only be made possible by the manner and method in which the human resources are managed. Human resources management therefore occupy a critical position in the area of facilitating positive changes towards effective performance. Because of this, there is need to improve some areas of operations of human resources department which require improvement or replacement. This initiated the project topic “computer based human resources management information system”. This project focuses on computerization of the human resources department, which aim reducing, time constraints, job bark logs and improving inadequate records maintenance in the system. The existing system will be studied and analyzed. Problem areas, identified and solutions proffered. A computer model will be developed to take care of the problem areas that require computerization and improvement, strategies preferred in areas that require appraisal. This will go along way to help the human resources management to meet up with the challenges posed by the advancement of information technology in the country and around the globe.

Abstract
The paper examined the design and implementation of an Android Based Course Learning Materials Application. Faced with the numerous challenges students encounter when sourcing for study materials for various courses they undertake on campus, the researcher achieved the paper objectives which are; to develop an android software that will aid students in learning, reading and studying course materials via their android devices. Concerning methodology, the researcher studied existing systems in tertiary institutions in Nigeria and converted manual systems of operations to a computerized one. The system was built with JAVA JDK and SDK tools using the Android Development Studio.

Disasters Organizations has an increasing need for an online report management system as the desire for reliable, accessibility of information and generate report easily. Most disasters organization generate report of disasters manually. Report of disaster in Sokoto State fire service are being carried out manually since the beginning of the organization. This method is also dominant in other disasters organization. Therefore, with the growing of modern computer technology, disasters management organizations need to embrace the technology in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out their activities.

Abstract
We are in a dynamic world where nothing remains the same for too long. Information storage and retrieval was done manually decades ago. Today, it has been phased out gradually in all areas of our day-by-day activities. Everything is undergoing computerization, so there is need for auditing firm to undergo this process. The documentation management system in most audit firms no doubt, has a difficult task in today’s competitive auditing industry hence there is the need for a fast, more efficient and effective processing system. Taking Anammco Ltd Enugu as a case study, client’s files cannot be assessed quickly, and many difficulties are experienced in the updating, verifying and other auditing jobs. The work is geared towards the computerization of the existing system of processing data as well as identifying the various problems which are encountered in the manual and mechanical methods of data processing in the auditing of a clients financial statement of account and to recommend a first class solution to these problems which is to computerize the auditing/processes in an organization. Finally, the thesis was concluded with the implementation, programming, text run and changeover process of the new system.
